For each parcel we compute a 0–100 opportunity score per strategy from the land-to-improvement ratio, structure age, and neighborhood trajectory — using public county data.

You filter to your market

Pick a strategy (teardown, value-add, rental, commercial), then search and filter by city, score, and land value, and sort to your criteria — instantly.

You underwrite the deal

Open any deal for the map, ownership, and an interactive profit & ROI underwriter — adjust purchase, rehab/rebuild, and after-repair value to your comps and watch the numbers move.

Reading the screen

Score (0–100)

Higher = a stronger opportunity for the selected strategy. It blends land-dominance, age, and neighborhood demand.

Structure % of value

The building's share of the parcel's value. Lower = more teardown upside — the land is worth far more than what's on it.

Land value

The assessor's full-cash value — a market-grounded starting point for what you'd pay.

Est. rebuild / rehab

A replacement-cost estimate to demolish-and-rebuild or renovate. Editable in the underwriter.
